28 June. The Will of Mary Ann Toyer late of Rothsay-road Luton in the County of Bedford Widow who died 13 May 1881 at Luton was proved at Northampton by Jonah Toyer of Cardiff-road Luton Builder the sole Executor.

The Will with a Codicil of George Toyer formerly of Boyle-street but late of Bury-Park-road both in Luton in the County of Bedford Yeoman who died 1 December 1889 at Luton was proved at Northampton by Charlotte Toyer of Bury-Park-road Widow the Relict and Edward Toyer of Dumfries-street Luton Blocker and Charles Toyer of 37 Horner-road Sheffield in the County of York Plasterer the Sons the Executors.

      BE IT KNOWN that at the date hereunder written the last Will and Testament with a Codicil

of George Toyer formerly of Boyle Street but late of Bury Park Road both in Luton in the County of Bedford Yeoman

deceased, who died on the first day of December 18 89 ,

at Luton aforesaid

           and who at the time of his death had a fixed place of abode

at Luton aforesaid     within the the district

of the County of Bedford and Southern Division of Northamptonshire

           was proved and registered in the District Probate Registry of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice at Northampton and that Administration of the personal estate of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court

to Charlotte Toyer of Bury Park Road Luton aforesaid Widow the Relict and Edward Toyer of Dumfries Street Luton aforesaid Blocker the Son of the said deceased the Executors named in the said Will and Charles Toyer of 37 Horner Road Sheffield in the County of York Plasterer the Son also of the said deceased the Executors

named in the said Codicil     they having been first sworn well and faithfully to administer the same.

This is the Last Will and Testament

of me George Toyer of Boyle Street Luton in the county of Bedford Yeoman I appoint my wife Charlotte Toyer and my son Edward Toyer Executrix and Executor and also Trustees of this my Will I give and devise and bequeath all my messuages or tenaments lands herediments and real estate whatsoever and wheresoever And also all my household goods furniture and effects and all other my personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my said wife for and during the term of her natural life in case she shall so long remain my widow And after the decease or second marriage of my said wife I give devise and bequeath my said real and personal estate and effects unto my said son Edward Toyer Upon trust as soon as conveniently may be to sell and dispose of the same either by Public Auction of Private Contract and after payment of the expenses attending such sale and disposition Upon trust to pay and divide the clear surplus moneys unto between and amongst all my children who may be then living and the issue of any of them who may be then dead such issue to take the share his or her deceased parent would have taken if living at the decease or second marriage to my said wife in equal shares and proportions if more than one as tenants in common And hereby revoking all former and other Wills of my at anytime heretofore made I declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I the said George Toyer the Testator have hereunto set my hand this seventeenth day of May One thousand eight hundred and eighty three

This is a Codicil to the forgoing Will of me George Toyer lately residing in Boyle Street but now in Bury Park Road Luton in the County of Bedford Whereas by my said Will I have appointed my wife Charlotte Toyer and my son Edward Toyer Executrix and Executor and also Trustees thereof Now I hereby appoint my son Charles Toyer to be and additional Executor and Trustee of my said Will And I declare that my said Will shall be read and construed as if the names of the Charlotte Toyer Edward Toyer and Charles Toyer were inserted therein instead of the names of the said Charlotte Toyer and Edward Toyer and that all the trusts and powers in and by my said Will reposed in and made exercisable by the said Charlotte Toyer and Edward Toyer or the said Edward Toyer alone shall be exercisable by the said Charlotte Toyer Edwards Toyer and Charles Toyer or by the said Edward Toyer and Charles Toyer as the case may be And in all other respects I confirm my said Will In witness whereof I the said George Toyer the Testator have hereunto set my hand this first day of August One thousand eight hundred and eighty nine
