In the Name of God Amen
I Jonathan Billing of the parish of Solyhull in the
County of Warwick yeoman being of sound and perfect
mind memory and understanding and being desirous to settle
my worldly affairs while I have strength and capacity so
to do Do make this my last Will and Testament in
manner and form following that is to say ffirst I give
devise and bequeath unto my Brother in Law John
Martin of Weatheroak Hill in the parish of Alvechurch
in the County of Worcester yeoman and unto my well
respected ffriends and acquaintance William Coton of
Birmingham in the County of Warwick aforesaid Tanner and

John Steen of the parish of Solyhull aforesaid yeoman all
and singular my ffreehold Messuage or Tenement Barns
Stavies Buildings yards Gardens Orchards several peices or
parcels of arable meadow and pasture Land hereditaments
and premisses situate and being at a certain place
commonly called or known by the Name of Goodrest in
the parish of Kingsnorton in the County of Worcester
aforesaid and now in the tenure or occupation of
Elizabeth Martin her Assings or undertenants To have
and to hold the same into them the said John Martin
William Coton and John Steen their heirs and assigns
for ever upon special Trust and Confidence in them the
said John Martin William Coton and John Steen reposed
and to the intent that they and the Survivors and
Survivor of them and the Heirs of such Survivor Do
and shall as soon as conveniently may be after my
decease sell and dispose of all and singular my said
messuage ffarm Lands hereditaments premisses and
appurtenances before mentioned for the best price or
most money that can be had or gotten for the same
and it is my Will that the money arising by such
Sale shall be paid and applied in such manner as
my personal Estate is herein after directed to be
applied also I give and bequeath unto my Executors
herein after named all and singular my ready money
securities for Money ^arrears of Rent household Goods Stock Cattle Chattels
Implements of Husbandry and all other my personal
Estate of what nature kind quality or condition soever
In Trust that they my said Executors and the Survivors
and Survivor of them and the Executors and admors of
such Survivor do and shall sell and dispose of my said
household Goods Stock Cattle Chattels Implements of
Husbandry and all other my Efforts for the best price
or prices that can be reasonably had or gotten for
the same and the Monies arising therefrom together
with such other Monies as shall belong to my
personal Estate and also the Monies arising from the
Sale of my said Real Estate after payment of all and
singular my just Debts and ffuneral Expenses and the
Charges and Expenses of my said Trustees and Executors
in proving and Executing this my Will and the
several Trusts herein so atained from time to time to
put and place the same out at Interest upon one or
more sufficient Security or Securities as to them shall
soon^ meet private personal Securities only excepted and
pay and apply the Interest arising therefrom to
and for the Maintenance Cloathing and Education of
all and every my Children during their respective
minorities until such time as all and every my
Child or Children shall attain their several and
respective age or ages of twenty one years and when
and as soon as such Child or Children shall attain

the age of twenty one years then my Mind and Will
is and I do hereby direct my said Trustees and Executors
or the Survivors or Survivor of them or the Executors
or Administrators of such Survivor to pay unto each of
my Children as follows that is to say to my Sons Jonathan
and Martin the sum of three hundred pounds a poires
and to each of my Daughters Elizabeth Mary Nancy
and Susannah the sum of two hundred pounds a poire
and if any of my said Children shall die under the age of
twenty one years without Issue of his her or their
Body or Bodies lawfully begotten then the share and
proportion of his her or them so dying without Issue
as aforesaid shall go accrue and belong to the Survivors
or Survivor of them and be paid to him her and
them respectively when his her and their Original
shares or share thereof shall become payable as
aforesaid and in case any or either of my said Children
shall die leaving Issue as aforesaid Then such Issue I
direct shall be entitled to and have such parents share
of the said Legaties as though such parent had been
living at the time of payment of the same and my
Will further is that all the rest residue and remainder of
the said Trust monies if any such there be after payment
of all the said Legaties shall go to and be paid amongst
my said Children or their Issue in such manner as the
Legaties are herein before directed to be paid but in
case any of my monies which are now or that may
hereafter be placed out at Interest should be
diminished or leased by reason of any loss or losses
which may happen thereto That then and in such
case my Mind and Will further is and I do hereby
order and direct that each and every the said Legatee or
Legatees shall bear a proportionable share of such
loss and losses as aforesaid and I do hereby ordain
constitute and appoint the said John Martin William
Coton and John Steen Executors of this my last Will
and Testament and Guardians of the persons and Estates
of all my said Children during their respective minoritys
provided also and my mind and Desire is that it shall
and may be lawful to and for the said John Martin
William Coton and John Steen and the Survivors or
Survivor of them and the Executors^ and adutors of such Survivor to
to deduct reimburse and take to themselves out the
said Trust Monies all such sum or sums of Money as
they or either of them shall necessarily expend or be
put unto in or about the Execution of this my will
or the Trusts hereby in them reposed and that
neither of them shall be answerable for the Acts
Receipts neglects or defaults of the other of them and
that each of them shall be answerable only for what
he or they shall actually receive and no more and
shall not be answerable for the loss of any monies

that shall happen in placing the same out at Interest
or in case of ffailure of any such Security or Securities
to to be taken for the same as aforesaid except the
same happen by his or their wilful default or neglect
and Lastly I do hereby revoke and make void all former
Wills by me^ at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof I
have to this my last Will and Testament and to a
duplicate thereof of the same tenor and effect consisting
of four sheets set my Hand and Seal in manner
following that is to say to the first three sheets thereof
my Hand and to the last sheet my Hand and Seal
and my Seal at the top of the first of the said sheets
where the said sheets are fixed together this thirteenth
day of October in the year of Our Lord one thousand

I Jonathan Billing late of the parish of
Sollhull in the County of Warwick yeoman but now of this
parish of Birkoulull in the said County Do this twenty
second day of December in the year of our Lord one
thousand seven hundred and seventy six make and publish
this Codicil to my last Will and Testament in manner
following that is to say ---
Whereas in and by my last Will and Testament
bearing date the thirteenth day of October which was
in the year of Our Lord one thousand seven hundred and
seventy I did nominate and appoint my ffriend John
Steen of the parish of Solihull in the County of
Warwick yeoman one of my Trustees and Executors
who since the making of my said Will is dead Now I
do hereby in his room and stead appoint my ffriend
John Wallis of Birmingham in the said County of
Warwick warehouse keeper a Trustee and Executor
with full power to act in every respect as he the
said John Steen might or could have done had he
been living at the time of my decease also I
hereby give and bequeath unto my Son Joseph and
unto ^my Daughter Sarah the sum of two hundred pounds
apeire payable and to be paid to them out of my
Real and personal Estates at the time and in manner
as my other Children -- ffortunes are directed to
or paid in and by my said Will and lastly it is my
desire that this my present Codicil be annexed to and
made part of my last Will and Testament to all

Intents and Purposes whatsoever In Witness whereof I the
said Jonathan Billing have hereunto set my Hand and Seal
this twenty second day of December in the year of Our Lord

and William Cotton otherwise Coton the surviving Executors
named in the said Will and John Wallis the Executor
named in the said Codicil to whom Administration was
granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits

This is the last Will and Testament of me Martin
Billing of Bradford street in the liberty of Bordesley in
the parish of Aston near Birmingham in the County of
Warwick Yeoman I give & devise my undivided moiety of
the messuages gardens and land situated at Camphill
in the said liberty of Bordesley in the occupation of
Samuel Chambers Widow Bayley George Jackson and
Joseph Rubery and all other my real Estate not sold to
W William Thompson unto my children Susannah, Joseph,
Sarah, Eliza, and Martin Billing their heirs and
assigns xxxx ^ tenants in common and not as joint tenants And I authorize and empower my Executors
after named to xxxx and take the xxxx and profits
of my said moiety and real Estate during the minorities
of my said children and to pay and apply the same
in proportion to their presumptive shares for the
maintenance and duration use and benefit of my said
children respectively during their respective minorities and I
also authorize and empower my said Executors and the survivor
of them during the minorities of my said children respectively
to devise and lease all or any part of my said moiety
and real Estate for the term of ninety nine years for the
purpose of building and for the term of twenty one years
for any other purpose so as the best rent be secured and
xxxx and reasonable conditions and covenants be inserted
in the said demises and leases made xxxx to this
power And my Will is and in case any one or more
of my said children shall happen to die under the
age of twenty one years then and in every such case I

such of my said children so dying unto the survivors of
others of my said children their Heirs and assigns forever
as tenants in Common and not as Joint tenants and

that all my debts Funeral and Testamentary expenses be paid as soon
as conveniently may be after my decease I Give and devise all and
singular the Real estate of which I shall be seized or possessed and
my son Charles Eardley Billing and my daughter Caroline Lettice Billing
To hold the same unto and to the use of the said Charles Eardley Billing
and Caroline Lettice Billing their heirs and assigns upon trust that
they the said Charles Eardley Billing and Caroline Lettice Billing or
the survivor of them or the heirs or assigns of such survivor or other the
Trustees or Trustee for the time being of this my Will do and shall so
soon as they he or she shall deem it expedient so to do sell my said
real Estate either together or in parcels and either by Public auction or
private contract with power to buy in or rescind any contract for sale
and to resell without being liable to any loss occasioned thereby and to
do and execute all such acts and assurances for effectuating such sale
or sales as they he or she shall think fit and to give receipts for the
purchase monies without the purchasers or purchaser being obliged to
see to the application thereof And I direct that the trustees or trustee
for the time being of this my Will shall stand possessed of the proceeds
of such sales or sale in augmentation of my personal estate hereinafter

Trust that they the said Charles Eardley Billing and Caroline Lettice
Billing or other the Trustees or Trustee for the time being of this my Will
shall as soon as conveniently may be call in sell and convert into
money such part of my personal Estate as shall not consist of money
and I declare that the Trustees or Trustee for the time being of this my
Will shall by and out of the monies to to arise from the calling in sale
and conversion into money of such part of my personal Estate as
shall not consist of money and the money of which I shall be
possessed at my death pay my Funeral and Testamentary expenses
and debts and shall stand possessed of the residue of the said monies
including the proceeds of my said Real Estate upon trust as to one
hundred pounds part thereof to invest the same in their his or her
monies or money in the Funds or upon Mortgage of real or
Leasehold Estate at Interest and to pay the Income thereof to my
Daughter Eliza Jane for her separate use for her life and after her
death In trust for her children equally share and share alike as
tenants in common but in case my said Daughter shall depart her
life without leaving any child her surviving or leaving such now
shall live to obtain a vested Interest in the said Trust Fund Then I direct
that my said trustees shall transfer the same Trust Fund to such
person as shall be my next of Kin when this limitation over shall
take effect in possession And as to Fifty pounds further part of the
said General Trust Fund I direct my said Trustees if and when
and as they shall think proper to apply the same for the benefit of
James Cooper Neal from whom I purchased some Freehold property
in Lancaster Street and Ashted Birmingham and as to the residue
of the said General Trust Fund I direct that my said Trustees shall
stand possessed thereof as to one sixth share or part thereof In trust
to pay the same to my Son Alfred Joseph as to one other sixth share or
part thereof In trust to pay the same to my Son Edwin Isaac as to
one third share or part thereof In trust to pay the same to my said
Daughter Caroline Lettice as to the remaining one third share or part
thereof In trust to pay the same to my Son Charles Eardley I appoint
the said Charles Eardley Billing and my said Daughter Caroline
Lettice Executor and Executrix of this my Will I declare that
during the minority of any person who shall under any trust herein
contained be presumptively or absolutely interested in any portion of my
said Trust Estate or in any share therein the Trustees or Trustee for
the time being of ^this my Will may apply the Income thereof with as the
same shall be received or after accumulation thereof in or towards the
maintenance or education of such person In witness whereof I
the above named Testator have to this my last Will and Testament
set my hand this twenty second day of July One thousand eight

revoke the bequests of my residuary Estate amongst and between
my four children Alfred Joseph, Edwin Isaac, Caroline Lettice
and Charles Eardley and in lieu thereof I direct my trustees to pay
thereout the sum of One hundred and fifty pounds to my Son
Edwin Isaac and to hold the residue in Trust for my Daughter
Caroline Lettice and my Son Charles Eardley equally ^in common as tenants

This is the last Will and Testament of me George Jackson of Ravenhurst Terrace Camp Hill in the Borough of Birmingham Scabbard Manufacturer I appoint my dear Wife Mary Jackson and my Son in law Martin Billing to be my Executrix and Executor I bequeath the sum of twenty pounds unto my grandson Frederick Jackson who now lives with me the sum of fifteen pounds to my faithful Servant Thomas Harper and the sum of three pounds to my other faithful Servant Emily the Wife of James Thornton for which her receipt shall be the only sufficient discharge I bequeath to the said Mary Jackson and Martin Billing their executors administrators and assigns the good will stock in trade tools and implements in my said business of a scabbard manufacturer upon trust as soon as conveniently may be after my death to cause a valuation to be made of the said stock in trade tools and implements and offer the same to my said grandson Frederick Jackson at the amount of such valuation and in case he shall purchase the same I bequeath to him the good will of the said trade But in case he shall decline to make such purchase or shall neglect to declare his option or to pay or arrange with my trustees for the payment of the purchase money within one month after such option I direct my trustees to sell the said goodwill stock tools and implements of trade by public auction or private contract for the best price they can obtain for the same I devise and bequeath all other the real and personal estate of which I may be seized or possessed or to which I may be entitled for any beneficial interest at the time of my decease and particularly all those my five leasehold messuages at Camp Hill in Birmingham aforesaid and my household furniture and effects unto the said Mary Jackson and Martin Billing To hold the said real estate (if any) to them their heirs and assigns and the said personal estate to them their executors administrators and assigns upon trust that they and their assigns or the survivor of them his or her heirs executors administrators or assigns or other the trustees or trustee for the time being of this my Will hereinafter called "my trustees" shall invest the proceeds of the sale of my trade and any ready money I may have at my death (after paying my debts and the said legacies) in or upon any freehold or leasehold securities in England And with respect to the annual income thereof and the rents of the said five leasehold messuages at Camp Hill after payment of ground rent repairs insurances rates taxes and all other outgoings and the annual income of all other my estate (if any) to pay the same to or otherwise permit the same to be received by my said Wife during her life or so long thereof as she shall continue my widow And upon further trust during the same period to permit her to have the use and enjoyment of my household furniture and effects (after an inventory thereof signed by her shall have been taken) And from and after the decease or marriage again of my said wife whichever shall first happen upon first to convert the whole of my real and personal estate into money and for that purpose to sell the said leasehold messuages and all other real and personal estate (if any) then undisposed of in such manner and for such price as they my trustees shall think fit and upon further trust to divide the clear proceeds of such conversion as aforesaid into as many shares as there may be children of my daughter Elizabeth Billing and my Son George Jackson living at my death and pay one such share to each such child his or her executors administrators or assigns Provided always that if any child of the said Elizabeth Billing living at my death shall afterwards die without having attained the age of twenty one years or having attained that age shall afterwards die intestate unmarried and without issue then his or her share shall go and be paid equally between the surviving children of the said Martin Billing their executors administrators or assigns and if any child of the said George Jackson living at my death shall afterwards die without having attained the age of twenty one years or having attained that age shall afterwards die intestate unmarried and without issue then his or her share shall go and be paid equally between the surviving children of the said George Jackson their executors administrators and assigns I hereby empower the competent trustees or trustee for the time being of this my Will to fill up the vacancies which from time to time shall occur in the trusteeship by the death in my lifetime or afterwards by the disclaimer resignation secession incompetency or unfitness of any trustee And in default of any surviving or continuing competent trustee then this power shall be exercisable by my executors or administrators for the time being And upon every new appointment proper assurances of my trust estate shall be executed at the cost of such estate And I hereby declare that the number of trustees may be increased if deemed expedient And I do hereby also declare that the receipts of the trustees or trustee for the time being of this my Will for the purchase money of any property hereby directed to be sold and for any other monies which may be paid to them or him under or by virtue of this my Will or in the execution of any of the trusts or powers hereof shall effectually discharge the person or persons paying or transferring the same therefrom and from being bound to see to the application or being bound for the loss or misapplication or non application (2)I DIRECT my Trustees to set apart as soon as conveniently may be and invest in their names in any on the investments hereinafter authorised with power to vary investments a sum the income whereof when invested shall be sufficient at the time of investment to pay the said annuity and to pay the same accordingly with power to resort to the capital of the appropriated fund whenever the income shall be insufficient and until such sum shall be so appropriated I charge my residuary personal estate with the said annuity but after appropriation my residuary estate shall thereby be discharged from the said annuity
(3)Subject to the payment of the said annuity the appropriated fund or so much thereof as shall not be required to make up any deficiency of income shall fall into and form part of my residuary estate and any surplus income of the appropriated fund shall be applied in the same manner as income of my residuary personal estate
5.ALL the rest residue and remainder of my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever of or to which I shall be possessed or entitled at the date of my death or over which I shall have any general power of appointment or disposition by Will I GIVE DEVISE and BEQUETH unto the said Nellie Ganderton absolutely
6.SHOULD the said Nellie Ganderton at the date of my death have predeceased me then and in that event I GIVE DEVISE and BEQUETH all my said real and personal estate unto the Bank UPON TRUST as to both capital and income to pay and divide the same unto and between my second cousin Jean Huhbart and my second cousin the Reverend Leslie Purches or such one or more of them as shall survive me and if more than one in equal shares
7.SHOULD either of the said Jean Huhbart or Leslie Purches at the date of my death have died in my lifetime leaving issue who shall survive me and attain the age of twenty-one years such issue shall take through all degrees according to their stocks in equal shares if more than one the share or shares of and in my residuary estate which his her or their parent would have taken if living at the date or my death and having then or thereafter attained a vested interest and so that no issue shall take whose parent is living and so capable of taking
8.I DECLARE that all moneys liable to be or requiring to be invested under this my Will may be invested in any investment whether or not involving waste or subject to liability which my Trustees may in their absolute discretion consider suitable for investment of the said moneys or any part thereof as though my trustees were absolute owners of the trust property

conditions for acting as Executor and Trustee (including the scale of remuneration)
last published before the date of my death shall apply with power to charge
remuneration in accordance with any later published terms of the Bank for the
time being in force

2. I GIVE AND BEQUEATH all my property of whatsoever kind and wheresoever
situate both real and personal unto my wife HELEN MARGARET NEWCOMB absolutely
Provided that if she shall not survive me for the period of one month from the
date of my death then the foregoing provision shall not take effect and in lieu

6. I DIRECT that JEAN SARJEANT of Westbury Cottage Westbury Road Bickley Kent
the said KENNETH STEWART and ROSEMARY ANN SHORT of "Squirrels" Sandisplatt Road
Maidenhead Berkshire (being the Residuary Legetees hereinafter mentioned) shall
have a first option to purchase all or any of my household effects AND I FURTHER
DIRECT
that in the event of any such option as aforesaid being exercised it shall
be in accordance with the valuation obtained by the Bank for Probate purposes and
in the event of any dispute arising between any of the Legatees the Bank's
decision shall be final

7. I DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all my real property and the residue of my personal
property not hereinbefore specifically bequeathed unto the Bank UPON TRUST to sell
call in and convert the same into money with power to postpone the sale calling in
and conversion thereof so long as it shall in its absolute discretion think fit

as it shall in its absolute discretion think fit without being liable for loss
and to stand possessed of such investments and all other parts of my estate for
the time being unsold and my ready money upon the following trusts:-

(a) To pay use following pecuniary legacies free of duty:-

(i) To Mrs. KATE PURCHES of Landfall Tilmore Petersfield Hampshire the
sum of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED POUNDS (£2,500)

(ii) To Miss LESLEY JOAN CLARKSON of 6 Mandeville Close Broxbourne
Hertfordshire the sum of ONE THOUSAND POUNDS (£l,OOO) upon her
attaining Eighteen years of age or marrying under that age absolutely

(iii) To RUPERT SHORT of "Squirrels" Sandisplatt Road Maidenhead
Berkshire the sum of ONE THOUSAND POUNDS (£l,OO0) on his attaining
Eighteen years oF age or marrying under that age absolutely

(iv) To Mrs. A.M. KNIGHT of 146 Stanborough Avenue Boreham Wood
Hertfordshire in the event of her still being employed by me at
the date oF my death the sum of FIVE THOUSAND POUNDS (£5,000)

(v) To Mr. E.C. JORDAN of 3 North Riding Bricket Wood Hertfordshire in
the event of his still being employed by me at the date of my death
the sum of ONE THOUSAND POUNDS (£l,OOO)

(vi) To Mrs. G. BROWN of Old Rectory Cottage London Road Shenley
Hertfordshire in the event of her still being employed by me at the
date of my death the sum of ONE HUNDRED POUNDS (£lOO)

(b) After payment of the aforesaid pecuniary legacies to divide the residue
between the said JEAN SERJEANT the said KENNETH STEWART and the said ROSEMARY
ANN SHORT
in equal shares as tenants in common absolutely and in the event of
either one of the said Jean Sarjeant the said Kenneth Stewart or the said
Rosemary Ann Short predeoeasing me the residue shall pass to the survivor of
them absolutely or if more than one survivor then in equal shares as tenants in
common absolutely

8. IT IS MY WISH that my body shell be cremated and that after cremation my
ashes shall be placed in the joint grave which my said Wife Helen Margaret
Newcomb will arrange to be available for her own eventual burial or in the event
of my said Wife having predeceased me that my ashes shall be placed beside my
Wife's body in such a joint grave

9. THE BANK shall have power to pay or apply any money liable to be invested
and forming part of the estate or trust fund in the purchase of or in lending
upon the security of any form of property whatsoever or wheresoever as if the
Bank were a single absolute owner thereof and whether or not the making of such
payment or application amounts strictly to the investment of the money so paid
or applied and the Bark snall have liberty to vary and transpose such investments
from time to time as it shall in its absolute discretion think fit

construed as a ceasing to reside therein and that such
residence shall in any case be rent free but subject to the
payment by her of the rates taxes and costs of keeping the
said property in reasonable repair and refunding to my
Trustees the cost of keeping the same insured to the full
value thereof against loss or damage by fire and such other
risks as my Trustees shall from time to time insure the
said property SUBJECT as aforesaid my Trustees shall hold
the net proceeds of sale and the net income till sale as
part of my residuary estate

5. I GIVE a pecuniary legacy of TWENTY THOUSAND POUNDS
(E20,000.00) to the said KAY THORNHILL free of tax
absolutely

6. I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all the remainder of my estate
wheresoever and whatsoever and whether real or personal
unto my Trustees UPON TRUST to sell call in and convert the
same into money and to hold the net proceeds and my ready
money UPON TRUST to pay my funeral and testamentary
expenses and debts and subject thereto UPON TRUST to divide
the same as follows:-

(a) A five twenty-firsts share thereof for MRS SHIRLEY ANN
BROOKS
of 322 Lunsford Lane Larkfield Maidstone Kent
absolutely

(b) A five twenty-firsts share thereof for JOHN HAROLD
STREATFIELD
of 2 White Cottage Sandling Maidstone Kent
absolutely

(c) A three twenty-firsts share thereof for my Niece JANE
RENOUF
of Long Tram The Slack Ambleside Cumbria absolutely
PROVIDED that if she shall predecease me leaving children
who survive me and attain the age of Eighteen years then
UPON TRUST for such children as aforesaid and if more than
one in equal shares absolutely

(d) A three twenty-firsts share thereof for my Niece
CATHERINE WESTRUP of 37 Caledonian Road Parkstone Poole
Dorset absolutely PROVIDED that if she shall predecease me
leaving children who survive me and attain the age of
Eighteen years then UPON TRUST for such children as
aforesaid and if more than one in equal shares absolutely

(e) A three twenty-firsts share thereof for MR D C TARRANT
of Oakdene Clearway Addington aforesaid absolutely

(f) A two twenty~firsts share thereof for JOHN FORMAN
Grandson of RITA SMITH of 3 Trinity Close Bromley Kent
absolutely PROVIDED that if the trusts of any share under
this clause fail then that share shall be added to the
other shares in the proportions which those shares bear to
each other and this provision shall apply to both the
original shares and to shares which have increased as a
result of the application of the provision

7. I DECLARE that my Trustees may postpone the sale calling in
and conversion of any part of my real or personal estate
for such period as they may in their absolute discretion
deem fit without being liable to account notwithstanding
that it may be cn? a wasting speculative or reversionary
nature and shall be entitled to retain unconverted for so
long za period as they may think fit and without being
responsible for loss all or any shares land securities and
other interest to which I shall be entitled at my death

8. I ALSO DECLARE that all monies liable or requiring to be
invested under this my Will may be invested in any stock
shares or securities of whatsoever nature or kind as my
Trustees shall in their absolute discretion select as if
they were the absolute owners thereof and this power
includes the right to invest in unsecured interest free
loans or other non income producing assets including
property for occupation or use by a beneficiary; any
immovable property shall be held by my Executors on trust
for sale with power to postpone the sale

9. ANY of my Executors and Trustees who is engaged in a
profession shall be entitled to be paid fees for work done
by him or his firm on the same basis as if he were not one
of my Executors but employed to act on behalf of my
Executors and in exercising the statutory power of
appointing new Trustees my Executors and Trustees shall be
entitled to appoint a professional person or a trust
corporation at such remuneration (to be paid out of my
estate) and on such other terms as shall be agreed
